Policeman beaten by soldiers in Aba for allegedly extorting motorists (video)
A policeman got more than he bargained for as he was beaten by soldiers for allegedly extorting motorists.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident happened in Aba and it was further learnt that the policeman and his colleagues were forced to refund those they allegedly extorted.
